About CryptomineHQ
Last updated: July 2026
CryptomineHQ is an independent comparison platform for Bitcoin and crypto mining services — hosted mining, cloud mining, ASIC hardware and mining pools. We built it because the market is flooded with generic listicles that recycle year-old prices, never publish a rating method and quietly bury the affiliate incentives behind every recommendation. Miners deserve better: current numbers, a consistent scoring system and honest warnings about who not to trust.
Why this site exists
Choosing a mining host is a multi-year, multi-thousand-dollar decision. A difference of one cent per kWh compounds into hundreds of dollars over the life of a single ASIC, and a provider that vanishes after collecting deposits can wipe out the entire investment. Yet most comparison content treats mining like an affiliate side-hustle: fill a table with logos, sprinkle in referral links, and never revisit the numbers. We take the opposite approach. Every provider is reduced to the same structured datasheet, scored against the same rubric, and re-checked on a fixed monthly cadence.
What makes us different
- Structured datasheets for every provider: founding year, facility locations, all-in kWh prices, minimum contract terms, payout methods and Trustpilot scores — each with a visible "last updated" date so stale data is obvious.
- A published methodology: price 30% · track record 30% · transparency 20% · support 20%. The same weights are applied to every provider, partner or not. You can read exactly how a score was built in our methodology.
- Scam awareness first: we check company registries, incident history and community reports before listing anyone. Providers we consider unsafe are simply not listed — no commission offer changes that.
- Tools, not just tables: a profitability calculator and a scam checklist let you validate a decision with your own numbers instead of trusting ours blindly.
Who operates CryptomineHQ
CryptomineHQ is operated by Hashtect IT Services FZCO, a company registered at IFZA Dubai (Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE). The platform is run as an independent editorial project. It is not owned by, financed by or editorially directed by any mining host, hardware vendor or pool. That independence is the whole point: if our recommendations were dictated by whoever pays the most, the ratings would be worthless — and so would the site.
How we stay independent — and how we fund the work
Maintaining current data, running test setups and re-verifying dozens of providers every month costs real time and money. We fund that work through clearly disclosed affiliate links. When you sign up with a provider through one of our links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Here is the firewall that keeps this honest:
- Scores are calculated before any partnership conversation. A provider cannot buy a better rating, a higher ranking, or a spot on the site.
- Affiliate links are labelled as such, and non-affiliate providers are rated and ranked with exactly the same rubric.
- Providers we judge unsafe are excluded regardless of the commission on offer. Safety is a hard gate, not a trade-off.
Editorial independence & data updates
The editorial team — CryptomineHQ Research — maintains its own reference setups and verifies provider claims against primary sources rather than marketing pages. Every datasheet is re-checked monthly: kWh prices, minimum terms, payout mechanics and reputation signals are all re-validated, and the "last updated" date on each page reflects that cycle. When a provider changes its pricing or a new incident surfaces, the score changes with it. Providers do not get to preview, edit or approve their entries before publication.
Corrections & contact
We would rather be corrected than be wrong. If a datasheet is out of date, a price has changed or you have first-hand evidence about a provider, tell us. Data corrections, provider inquiries and general questions go to our contact page or [email protected]. Legal and company details are on the imprint.
Frequently asked questions
Is CryptomineHQ independent?
Yes. We are operated by Hashtect IT Services FZCO and are not owned or controlled by any mining provider. Ratings come from our published rubric before any partnership is discussed, and no provider can pay for a higher score or to be listed.
How does CryptomineHQ make money?
Through clearly disclosed affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you sign up through one of our links, at no extra cost to you — and it never influences ratings or rankings.
How often is the data updated?
Every datasheet is re-checked monthly, and each comparison page shows a visible "last updated" date.
Who writes the reviews?
Our in-house team, CryptomineHQ Research. Providers cannot review or approve their entries before they go live.
